Occupancy Policy
According to the Fair Housing Amendment Act of 1988, Section 100.10 (A) (3), Owner is permitted to allow reasonable limitations on occupancy, as long as these limitations are applied to all occupants and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Check with local city ordinance for additional protected classes.
All properties under the management of Rainmaker Management Group will strictly follow these occupancy restrictions*:
